Overnight Oatmeal

Since the start of October semester I've been trying out diet plan to keep fit
Besides I also joined dance club, signed up for Muay Thai lessons and also go swimming whenever I am free

To keep fit, meal plan is very important so that you won't consume too much of calories
as I am super lazy person so I didn't calculate calories, I just eat whatever I think it's healthy

This overnight oat meal is the best choice for me
no stove needed, just less than 5 mins preparation and you're all done


My overnight oatmeal recipe is NO RECIPE
you can add anything you like
and no measurement for every ingredient, pretty good huh ?



all you need:
- a jar
- quaker oatmeal
- milk
- brown sugar
- anything you like to add




First I got this mug from Daiso which cost only RM5 <3 It came with lid so it is perfect for this overnight oatmeal <3









Secondly, I put some oatmeal in the mug. The oatmeal I am having is Quaker instant oatmeal, I don't know if other non-instant oatmeal gets the same result or not, so I'll try it next time ;D







Pour appropriate amount of milk into the mug, you can decide whether you want it to be thick or more watery, I prefer thick and sticky so I just pour the milk until the same level of oatmeal






I would like my oatmeal to be sweet, so I actually added some brown sugar, you can decide your sweetness to <3




so these are the steps, you're all done!! just put into the fridge and you are good to sleep <3 By the way, if you wanna put some fruits like blueberries, banana, oranges, or crunches you can add into your mug too, but I prefer some cereal, I want it to be crunchy when I eat it so I added it in the next morning

the cereal I added is Fitnesse from Nestle

less hassle, less troublesome breakfast for you, I was actually having mid-term test on that day and thanks to this oatmeal I didn't skip my breakfast <3
